Excellent products however,
Poor communication from sales team. I spent $2500 on items including delivery. I didn’t receive any confirmation Information or tracking number. I was told it would be shipped within 3 week because of it being hand stained. I reached out many many many times after that to find out more about the items as it was past the three week mark. They indicated that one of the items was delayed. I had an upcoming funeral out of town and asked them to not deliver it within a 4 day window. Then I asked if it would be possible, considering we were creeping up on week 6 of the delayed order, to remove the item that was delayed. They responded that they were holding everything because they thought that’s what I wanted and shipped the items without providing a tracking number. I called the shipping department myself and obtained tracking info however wasn’t provided with the carrier info. The whole experience was frustrating and it could have been solved with better communication on their part. The day before my family was heading out of town for the funeral a carrier company called me telling me they were delivering it the next business day. I had no idea what the order was for because on their paperwork it was a different company name. I asked for them to not deliver it for a few days after they indicated because I wouldn’t be there to sign for it. They said they would but indicated there may be a holding penalty. I have not heard anything further about that. I felt like I was annoying them every time I sent an email asking a question. If there was an issue, the delay had surpassed the time I could cancel the order on my credit card. For an expensive order like that, I feel a little better communication would have made my experience better.

I’m happy with the products and i was happy with the care taken during shipping. I was not happy with the lack of client service from the sales team. I waited 6 years to be able to spruce up my yard and I spent a lot of money with this company and overall I was disappointed. I want to buy Canadian and I would consider their products again but I was just so disappointed with the sales team.
