Whether you prefer liquid dye or easy to apply dissolvable packets of powdered dye, Typhoon Pond Dye shades the water to eliminate plant growth below the surface.

Atlantic Oase Typhoon Pond Dye is Highly Concentrated, quickly disperses into water to block sunlight and create an attractive reflective surface appear. Pour near Typhoon Pond and Lake Active Air Diffusers for faster circulation.  Typhoon Pond Dye is Safe for fish, plants, livestock, and pets. 

Available in both blue and black, concentrated dye can be mixed to create your own favourite shade

 

Technical Specifications

Application

Wearing Rubber Gloves, pour dye directly into the pond (from a boat or from a shore) evenly distributing Pond Dye across the water surface. For best results apply in the early spring regardless of water temperature

Frequency

As a general guideline, apply Pond Dye every 4-8 weeks. Frequency of applications may vary depending on dilution by rainfall, runoff, or periods of intense sunlight

Dosage

Each Gallon treats 4-6 acres of depending on the desired color. Multiply surface acres by feet of depth to find acre-feet.

Storage and Handling

Keep Packets dry and container tightly seal when not in use. Store in a cool dry location protected from freezing. Handle with Care, Dye will Stain. Avoid Dust Inhalation and contact with eyes, skin, and clothing. Wash with soap and water after use. For small cleanups and surface stains, use a diluted bleach solution.

Shipping Policy

All of the Marquis Gardens items are manufactured and/or stained to order and are considered Special Order

Most of the Marquis Gardens items are shipped within 1-2 days. Some exceptions apply. To get an accurate lead time estimate for any particular item, please feel free to contact customer service at sales@marquisgardens.ca.

All of the items weighing over 150 lbs (or greater than 20 cu.ft.) are shipped via residential truck delivery service. The trucking company will deliver your order, securely packed on a wooden pallet, curbside or to your driveway.

Please inspect the items received and note any damages on the delivery documents provided by the delivery driver. If you have discovered damage to your item(s) upon opening the shipment, please let us know immediately, as the carrier might not take responsibility for the damages after 24-48 hours from the drop off time.

Return Policy

If you wish to return your order in full or in part after it has been delivered, please notify customer support at sales@marquisgardens.ca within 14 calendar days from the order delivery date.

Please be advised, if you wish to return your order after you have received it, you are liable for both original and return shipping-related costs, as well as a credit card processing fee (3% on the refund amount).

If we cut the item to the size or otherwise customize for your order, we, unfortunately, cannot offer a return/cancellation/refund for such items. These items include, but are not limited to EPDM liner, underlayment, pipe, tubing, wire, aggregates, custom cut sheer descents, items with custom finish or color.
